Please take note of the following terms and conditions when booking services providing by Simone Carr ABN 47 697 372 668
Making a Booking
When making a booking you can booking any time before the date of the event, but it is highly recommended to book in advance to avoid any disappointment. To secure a booking please email makeupbysimmycarr@gmail.com and I will get back to you within 1-3days.
Payment terms / options
Simone Carr makeup artist accepts Mastercard, VISA, direct debit and cash. All prices are in AUS dollar, an invoice will be sent to you via the email when the booking is confirmed.
Deposit
When booking with Simmy Carr a deposit MUST be paid to secure your booking, be mindful deposits are non-refundable and transferable. Full payment must be payed before day of service or if discussed with Simmy Carr on day of service. no booking will be secured unless deposit has been made.
Cancellations
If any reason to cancel booking of makeup/hairstyling application, deposit will not be refundable.
Travel fee
Simmy Carr only travels for 3 or more clients and/or photo shoots. A travel fee will be applied when requested by the client to meet at a preferred location.
Travel fee depends on the Km.

Trials
Wedding trials are highly recommended but not compulsory. Clients are required to pay a deposit when booking a trial. Trials are to be done at Simmy's makeup studio located in Biggera Waters unless requested to be done at the clients preferred location.
Weddings
When booking your wedding day a $100 non-refundable deposit fee must be made to secure your wedding day booking. Full payments must be paid before the wedding day.
Special occasions
Client must pay a deposit to secure their booking date. Full payments must be paid before the date or on the day before application of the makeup.
Cancellation of booking must be notified before 48 hours before the date of booking, failure to do so you will be required to pay full price of service.
Group booking
When making a group booking, a 30% deposit MUST be payed to secure the booking, full payments must be paid the day before booking or on the day of booking before application of the makeup.
Cancellation of group booking must be notified 30 days before booking date. Failure to do so you will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the booking
Liability
Simmy Carr provides her best services with the highest standards of hygiene possible before every client. Any skin conditions must be reported prior to application of any makeup.
Clients Responsibilities
Clients are responsible to arrive on time of their booking, if not a late arrival fee may apply. Clients must always let the makeup artist know about any allergies or skin conditions.
