Hi I'm Simmy Carr, the owner of Simmy Carr Makeup Artistry. I have been a makeup artist for a few years now but it all started from my artistic background, when growing up I was a bit of a artist and I just LOVED all things involving art, little saying I believe that this best describes me as an artist; "I came out the womb with a pencil and an art pad". With my career starting from a creative background, makeup artistry came to me very naturally.      

 

I have been a makeup artist for a few years now and I specialise in all aspects of the makeup industry. Over the years of being a makeup artist I have develop a critical eye for detail and colour which is very important as a makeup and hair artist. Although I'm is located on the Gold Coast, AUST I have also traveled to various parts of the world serving my talent with many clients. These have included international photoshoots for Maxim Magazine, Playboy Magazine, Moana Bikinis, The Logies and the Commonwealth Games to name but a few.

As makeup and hair artistry is my passion, my clients are my number one priority and this will not cease until both the client and myself are 100% satisfied with the end result, it is my true passion to make sure that the client feels confident, exudes radiance and looks very beautiful.
